Hi,
As all of us know there was issue going at NVC . Systems were not updated...It took long time for me to generate form 260 A ...finally form was generated I filled on 5th of July 2015....but didnt get the receipt ....they were updated by system 29th of July....Anyways..I was under the assumption that after 30 working days I will get a feed back....on 17th of AUG I called NVC ....nothing was happened they have escalate my request and ask me to wait again 30 working days....now 29 Sep I called them again ask me to wait a week more....
My Question is Does any one else is facing this problem...what would be the next step...I have submitted all the documents including I-864A...
Should I expect interview date or else they will ask to resubmit all the documents again( As per last conversation with NVC Help Line Agent) there are not any documents pending...
