Suggestion for police clearance

We have already submited police clearance and in this current month it about to get expire and still NVC is reviewing our document so should i take appoinment for new police clearance certificate:?? Because we already running behind for interview and dont want to delay the process for waiting more 30 days

Important: Police certificates expire after one year, unless the certificate was issued from your country of previous residence and you have not returned there since the police certificate was issued..

Unfortunately, you will require another clearance after 1 year.
