I am stucking in filling I864, 864A, finance part. Would you guys please help me? I will very appreciate.
My mom is the sponsor and the petitioner, so she has to fill I864, and my dad fills i864A. My mom and my dad filed tax as joint married, form 1040. The total income in line 22 is comebine income of my mother and my father. My father made 22000, my mom made 15000, the total income in line 22 is 37000
In form I864, part 6 line 19a,b,c where they ask about total income for three recent years, do I use total income as line 22 in tax return 1040, which is 37000, or I just put my mother income here, which is 15000.
In form I864A, part 4 line 2a,b,c where they again ask about total income for three recent years, do I use total income as line 22 in tax return 1040, which is 37000, or I just put my father income here, which is 22000.
