I864 & i864a concerns

I am filling i864 and i864a right now and I stuck at financial part, any help will mean a lot to me.

My mom is the sponsor and the petitioner, so she has to fill i864, and my father fills i864a. My parent filed tax return form 1040 as joint married. 2014, my mom made 15000, my dad made 22000, and the total income in line 22 of form 1040 is 37890.

In form i864, part 6, line 19a,b,c, where they ask for "your total income" in the last 3 recent year, do I use the total income as 37890(line 22- form 1040 tax return) to put in here, or I just use the income of my mom, which is 15000?
In form i864a, part 4, line 2a,b,c, where they ask for "your total income" in the last 3 recent year, do I use the total income as 37890 to put in here, or I just use the income of my dad, which is 22000?

i 864 affidavit of support to bring both of my parents

Hello, I am a US citizen and I'm trying to bring both of my parents at the same time. I did fill out the i864 affidavit of support for each parent. My dad has already an appointment with the Embassy at the end of the year, but I received an email saying that on my mom's affidavit of support should be the following corrections:

We reviewed your I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A Affidavit of Support form and supporting financial
documents. While we will schedule your case for an interview, either your Affidavit of Support was
incomplete, some of your supporting documents were missing, or both. This could affect the Consular
Officer's ability to make a decision on your case.
On the attached Affidavit of Support Assessment Letter, we have put an "X" by each item you need to
correct. Go to the Department of State's website at http://nvc.state.gov/aos and follow the instructions for
the Affidavit of Support form(s).
If your Affidavit of Support form(s) needs correction:
 Fill out a new form(s) online.
 Print, sign and send the original form(s) to the principal applicant so he or she can take them to the
visa interview. Do not send the updated form(s) to the NVC.
If we are missing required supporting documents:
 Send the missing documents to the principal applicant so he or she can take them to the visa
interview. Do not send the documents to the NVC.
The NVC will send your case to the processing U.S. Embassy or Consulate General. Please make sure

Form I-864: Assessment Letter for WILLY
The National Visa Center (NVC) recently reviewed your I-864 Affidavit of Support form. The
Affidavit of Support form had one or more sections with missing or incorrect information or
was missing required supporting documents, or both.
Please review the instructions below to complete a new Affidavit of Support form or to obtain
the missing supporting documents. Send the corrected Affidavit of Support form or original
documents that are missing to the principal applicant so he or she can take them to the
immigrant visa interview. You should also send photocopies of the Affidavit of Support form
to the principal applicant for each traveling family member to take to the visa interview.
Failure to take the original documents and copies for each traveling family member to the visa
interview can cause processing delays. The Consular Officer will review the corrected form
and documents at the time of the interview.
You do not need to contact the NVC at this time. Also, do not send an updated I-864 Affidavit
of Support form or documents to the NVC. After we schedule the immigrant visa interview, we
will send you an appointment letter.

What I just posted are the main pages on the email. What I did on that i864 form is: on part 3. Information about the Immigrants you are sponsoring. I checked on: I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 (my mom). Then
on Family Member 1, I put my Mom's info. According to what they say in the email, I should not list any family members on this section.



but I don't know if they just want me to correct Part 3. and erase my mom's info on that section and leave the rest as it is? or if they are asking me for more documents. I only used my income with is around $45 thousand a year. I am married and my wife makes around $28 thousand. I just used me and I sent a copy of my w2's and last year income tax where they can see that our income combined is around $76 thousand. My household size is 5. (My wife, my 2 year old, my mom, my dad and me). What should I do? am I filling out the right form? please help me. Thanks for your time.
