Updation of case

Hello,
We have filed an child protection act form for the derivative NVC have accepted the form and added the name of the child to the form. Now because of some reason we want to drop the name of the child whic was added under CHILD PROTECTION ACT.. And we have EMAILED and POSTED A letter for dropping the name of the child from case.. But still we didnt get any reply from NVC its been more than a 1 month.??so will they update the case by dropping the name.?? Or something they need more..
Please anyone have any idea do suggest me . Do help me out..

I have followed your questions but they are under unique situation and people may not have answers to them. I am not an admin here, but I come here to answer questions of people based on my knowledge and experience.

About not receiving reply from NVC, let me just say that NVC is OVERLY backlogged right now and they are not able to get things done as fast as they would like to. Also, considering that October to December quarter has many holidays they have less people to depend on. So wait patiently, NVC will get on the board as soon as the HOLIDAY season ends.
