Visa Canceled on Immigration
Hello,
my visa was canceled about a year ago, I was in Boston's international airport flying back to Brazil after six-month journey. When I was getting on the plane an immigration officer stopped me and asked where I live, and I said "Brazil" then he took my passport and told me to wait. He asked two questions for you, then asked if I was drug trafficking, of course I was not. He asked more questions as to what I was doing in the US, where I was, that sort of thing. Then he began to look at my text messages and my e-mails (asking about everyone), so he started looking into my backpack and found my pipe and asked if I smoked *********, I said yes, occasionally . Then he made an X on my visa and wrote canceled, he said I had a tourist visa was illegal to do so. Now I do not know how to proceed, if I can apply for a new visa if he made a note in my name and if he was right to check on my phone
