Hello,
My aunty had filed Visa application for our family under F4 quota in 2004.
While none of us has received any priority date, One of my uncle has received it from NVC.
It states the priority date is 8th June 2007 & the NVC case number is BMB2010 **** ** (Mumbai, India) [He had received the letter in November 2010]
So, can someone please clarify me if his visa will be based on filing date or priority date?
Because if I check Visa Bulletin, it shows currently they are working on 'Priority Date - 08FEB03' & 'filing date - 01FEB04'.
&
Can you also inform how do they process differently on Priority Date & Filing Date because VB shows they are working on both.
