parents marriage certificate is lost

Hi
We have submitted all documentation for the I-130 for my parents. I had submitted certified copy of the translation as well as the marriage certificate to USCIS but they still sent me a letter saying that they need both. Problem is that my parents have in the meantime misplaced the origincal certificate and so I cannot give them another certfied copy.

what are my options? I have had USCIS do a file review but they didnt give me any response just said itll take 2 months.

maybe you can request another certify copy from the consulate of your country near you or request a family member to send it to you.
