Visiting USA while counselor processing for immigration
Hi,
I am starting counseling process for my employment base green card and I have i140 approved. Meanwhile, I might need to visit the USA for few weeks and I will be traveling on B1/B2 visa as I let go my L1 visa year back.
I will be coming back before my status of non immigration change to immigration. Will it be advisable to travel to USA while the counseling process underway?
I have to make the decision quickly. If i can not travel then I might need to get the L1 re stamping.
