What to expect after filing?
Hi,
My wife is a US citizen and we got married last Oct. I filed application for GC and EAD (I-485, I-864, I-765, I-130). Here is some concerns that I have:
1) I received Notice of Action for all forms except for I-864. Does USCIS send out Notice of Action for I-864?
2) What procedue or action will I be expecting for GC and EAD application? and when?
3) I tried to check the processing timings. Anyone has the link for Chicago USCIS center? The one on this website do not show all forms (I-485, I-864, I-765, I-130).
