I had concurrent filings for 140 and 485 - the 140 has been approved in Feb 2003 by the 485 has been pending at Nebraska for eons now - I completed my FP and medical tests. Is it advisable to attempt CP at this point? What is the typical timeline for getting an interview in Mumbai? Thanks in advance for any advise.
