I worked for for Company A on their H1B from year 2000 to 2006, Under EB3 category LC and 140 was approved, but priority date (March 2002) was not current in 2006 so couldnt apply 485. Left US in 2006 and worked 10 years in India, now in US again but on Company B H1B. If I apply for GC again can i take advantage of old priority date(March 2002)? also from which company should apply company A or B?
