Interview all ready schedule - but not included child name even qualify in CSPA

I send all document for child qualify in CSPA - but they haven't included name in Interview nor I received any letter, What can I do now? Do I have to consult the Bombay consulate or NVC.

Please help what should I do ?

Yes, I check and according to it he is only 16 years and 7 months, when I call NVC they told he is eligible and you should take with him with his parents on the interview date. and Immigration officer tell you the next step.

CSPA name added but not able to pay the fees.

I'm going through F4 processing. my name was added by NVC yeterday. I asked them to review the case for CSPA Applicability.
Problem: when i try to pay the invoice, it shows only my Mom and Dad(Primary Applicant). Basically they have added my name and it shows Paw Now infront of my name.But it does not show my name with to pay the fees when i click it. Any ideas?
