I want to know if some one is going for the Consular processing in INDIA at Mumbai for the employment based green card what kind of Tax papers are required ? Pls. share the information.

the document list is listed on this website.. under the consular processing tab.. go greencard > consular processing > before leaving US...

It says :

Bank and other assets statements like stocks etc.
W-2s, personal tax returns for last 3 years.
