Employment letter and essential of job offer

Hi gurus,

In packet 4, one is a notarized employment letter for I-134.
Another is a 'recent letter from the prospective employer confirming the essential of the job offer.'

Should I collect another letter from my employer apart from
the EL? if yes, can I get a faxed copy from USA?

My case is a Employment-based and going for CP interview
with in a week.

Hmm, I don't remember this second letter thing (but then, my CP case was in fall 2000.) I only had the usual notarized employment letter.
And I think it should be enough. After all, the employment letter confirms that the job offer still exists. And, the employment letter can't be older than 6 months.
