Dear All
Please let me know if anyone has come across this issue. We are hoping to get consular interview in the near future (in India). We got PCC certificate from the passport office and local police office in India. The PCC we got from the local police office has a stamp saying 'valid for six month'. The PCC from passport office has no expiry date. The NVC/USTravel website says PCC has to be issued with in 12 months. So when we go for interview and it is more than six months since the PCC from local police office was issued, will it be a problem. Should we try to get a new certificate or NVC website saying validity of 12 months is good enough. Anybody has gone thru it?
TIA, Raky
