I 864 Part 3: Info about Immigrant sponsoring : Relationship to sponsored immigrant

Hi Please let me know any body just fill up the Form I 864 - i want more clarification about the Relationship to Sponsored immigrant; Is it relationship to Sponsor or relationship to Principal immigrant. If I sponsor for my sister'son what should I put in the column relationship to sponsored immigrant; Is it son for principal immigrant or nephew for sponsor.

Please let me know if anybody completed form I 864 with sponsoring family member. I am confused.

Please help immediately.

So it is relationship to the per who is sponsoring. For instance, if you aunt is sponsoring you, she would write "nephew or niece" in terms of relationship.

But if your father is sponsoring you, then he will write, "Son or daughter".
