I have to appear for IV interview coming may. My case is employment based.
Please reply me immediately, If know and sure about this.
I’m here since long time and have to prepare I-134 for my wife. Does it require an affidavit by a US Notary, which is not possible now? Or can I Just submit without any
Notarized and US consulate will take care for me.
There is another requirement they have sent me in Packet –4 exactly like this:

All immigrant visa applicants are requested to bring in the following additional documents at the time of their immigrant visa interviews:
1.A clear Xerox copy of the petitioner’s Certificate of Naturalization or U.S. Passport, If he/ she is a U.S. Citizen, or a clear Xerox copy of Petitioner’s Alien Registration Card (green Card), U if he/she is a legal Permanent Resident of the U.S.
All Passport Used be any visa applicant for all entries in the US.
2. Proof of relationship between petitioner and beneficiary: family photos, letters, correspondence, E-mail.

Does 'No 1' is required only for Family based IV applicants or for all IV applicants. Here they have requested for all IV applicants? Can I request a copy from my employer?
