My wife went for an interview in June 2015. She was refused a Visa based on Article 221(g) of INA.They said she was found in illegible so they were
going to send the papers back Visa Center and then to USCIS. I called after waiting for about 9 months. I was told by Visa Center that they received and
have forwarded it to USCIS office for review.
