My bro' went to chennai for green card thru CP..and he had all the required documents with him..he had 3-4 yrs (1999,2000,2001,2002)tax returns with him and 2003 W2 Form. But the problem is the interviewer asked him to file 2003 tax returns and also asked for 1997,1998 tax returns..(he didn't take them with him)..I am just wondering,is it a bad sign or if we produce the documents he asked for..will they issue the green card..pls help..and thanks for your time.:rolleyes
