Which form to file: i-864 or i-864A
I have petitioned my kid who is in India.
I live with my brother in His house.
He is willing to sign AOS.
My income is=0
He has 4 kids and wife living in the house.
If I file i-864, then on Part-5, Line-7 , I will write 1, as I am combining his income only.
Then where do I write His 4 kids and wife in the household size. Or they need not be included.
Or I and my brother, both should sign i-864.
