I am a U.S. citizen and I've filed Form I-130 on behalf of my children (under 18 years old). I was told that after they are approved, the children will be issued immigrant visas (through the embassy) and receive U.S. citizenship upon entry in the United States. Our intention is to move & live there. Do I need to file Form I-864W? If so, should I do it now or should I wait for I-130 approval?

You cannot submit the sponsorship documents, I-864W or I-864, until after the I-130 is approved and moves to the National Visa Center (NVC).
