Consular Processing at Mumbai with EB3

Hello

My labor just got approved after 2& half years . I am planning to go for CP after my I140 gets approved..

Question : My company has filed my GC under EB3 .. since I am diploma holder with other Computer certificates plus 12+ years experience..

Can I go for CP with EB3 at Mumbai ?? I have heard CP for EB3 & Diploma wiill be difficult ?

Not Legal Advice:

My understanding is that if you can get the I-140 Approved your CP should be the same as everyone else.

CP is a non discretionary process. All the consulate has is an approval notice and they are not allowed to second guess the descision of the BCIS Adjudicator.

So assuming you can produce the employment letter, Police Certificates and Medicals your CP shouldn't be any easier or harder than the next persons.

If you were not qualified for the job the I-140 would not have been approved and you wouldn'' be there in the first place.
