Counsular Procesing Vs I-140,I-485 concurrent processing

Situation: My H1B 6yr period expires on 25th Jan 2004. The time I have spent abroad after first entry to USA on H1B is 7 weeks. My labor application has been approved within less than 365 days after filing.

What is my best option; Go for I-140,I-485 concurrent processing, apply for EAD, AP and H1B extension to buy time until EAD is approved. Or go for I-140 and CP.

Any information in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

file eb-485 concurrently, along with a i-131 for advance parole. do not delay any longer!! good luck!!

Depends

If you want to get the GC quickly, I-140 and CP is the way to go. I-485 takes 2+ years. CP is usually much faster.
Of course, this would only work if you are eligible for a 7-th year H1 extension.
