Hello everyone,
Please help me with my query. my lawyer said she submitted my documents March 11, 2016 for my change of status. I am wondering why until now, I have never received any correspondence from USCIS. NO receipt number NO anything. Its been more than 2 months. When i am trying to ask her she said there is a delay on the MO office due to the Syrian refugees. My friend also submitted after me but she got a response 3 weeks after she submitted her files. Please help me. i am stuck and I don't know what my next step will be.
