Processing Time for Consular Processing in India

I got my LC approved and want to file for the second and third stage of the green card process. Could you please help me in understanding the process of consular processing and the time line associated with it? I would be getting my CP done at New Delhi, India.

Also, I am a citizen of India and have residence in Delhi. Can I choose which consulate to pick? and if yes what are my options in India and the associated time line.

Any help in understanding the process will be highly appreciated.
