I posted this in family based green card but then i noticed this forum so thought this is where it should be.
I'm new to this site and hoping someone knows more than google.
I'm Norwegian and live in Norway.
My stepdad (US citizen) recently filed I-130 for me (with my husband and kids on it as well). We just received a txt that it was received and a case number (WAC).
What we're wondering about is if we classify as immediate relative or family preference F3?
Also, how long should we expect to wait before I-130 is approved/not approved?
