Gurus,
I have my CP interview scheduled at Bombay in Nov.
Mine is the regular CP case where my file was sent directly to Mumbai US Consulate after my I140 was approved. ( At that time, NVC didn't play any role in CP)
I have the following urgent questions :
Do I take the "original" I-140 "approval notice" with me for the CP interview ( It is just like the
H1B approval notice)? Or should I just take a
photocopy of that ? My attorney has sent me the
photocopy. I am wondering if I should ask for the
original to take with me.
Also, about the company employment letter, should it
mention the "current" salary OR the minimum required
salary mentioned on the Labour Cert./I140 application. ?
In my case, the minimum salary mentioned on the Labour Cert is more than my "base salary" but less than the "gross salary". So, what salary should I write there ? The gross salary has varied from year to year. But it is always greater than the salary mentioned on the Labour Cert./I140 application.
thanks,
swagho
