First I received this notification from USCIS "We approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan."

After, I got this notification yesterday "We sent your case, to the Department of State for visa processing. Please visit our website for general information on Consular Processing."

Please let me know is my case under National Visa Center (NVC) ?

now your family member you applied for has to go to local visa processing center. he/she would need police verification and medical done by the authorized doctor in the place and has to go to the local visa processing center website and fill up the necessary information for the immigrant visa. then file the necessary fees and make an appointment for the interview. they he/she has to go for bio metric and interview with the necessary documents. all the information is provided on the website that which documents are to be carried and the whole process to. read it and follow the process. it ll go through. i hope it helped you. thanks
