My futurre employer filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently and they are being processed. Now I'm thinking once I-140 is approved, I better switch to CP.
This are the details.
1. I never worked for my future employer, I'll work for him once I get my GC.
2. My I-140 and EB I-485 filed concurrently in August expecting I-140 to be approved by March 2004 ( hope fully :rolleyes ).
3. I might even get my EAD and AP by that time.
4. I come under Chennai Consulate as a resident.
5. I lived my last 10 months in India in Delhi and got Visa stamped in Delhi Consulate, I never got Visa stamped in Chennai, though my wife got it there.
6. My future emloyer and my current company are doing good and I dont have any problems during my H1.
NOw my questions are
1. Using AC-140 and switching to CP is it a better option?
2. What problems I may face in this course, is chennai accepting AC-140, can I go directly to Delhi consulate.
3. As my I-485 is still pending, if there is any problem with my CP interview can I come back without any problem and continue my I-485.
thanks for your time,
