My mom had her interview in the Philippines on May 25 and was told that she needs DNA testing. I received the email below from the embassy.

My questions are:
1.once DNA testing has been completed, does that guarantee a visa approval???.
2.What's the timeframe for the DNA processing and issuance of visa?
