Me and my spouse's interview for GC is scheduled for Nov this year,but my spouse will not be able to appear on the day given by us embassy in new delhi.
Could any of you please advice,what I need to do
Should I appear alone on interview date and my wife appears at alter date?
Can I reschedule only her interview,while keeping mine on original date(we both have same case number),as I don't want to delay my GC.if yes what is the procedure for this?
If I get her interview date rescheduled,do I need to take with me any of her documents(like PCC,Birth certificate or Affidavit of support etc)?
How long her case will remain active at the US embassy if she misses her appointment and what is the procedure if she wants to appear at a later date?
what will happen if I show up on interview date and she miss it without rescheduling?
Any one come across this kind of situation or any advice from you gurus will be highly appreciated.
