I just got my LC certified and about to file I140. Here are three options I can think of in term of CP
Option1: File I140 and choose CP, wait for the packages from NVC
option2. File I140 and choose CP, File AC140 after approval of I140
option3. File I140 and I485, choose AC140 after approval of I140
If GZ accepts AC140 and assume I don't need to file I824 since I indicate the CP in I140 (correct me if I am wrong), option2 is slightly faster than the rest of two options
option3 is nice since I don't have to make decision until I140 is approved. But it is slower than option2 because I have to file I824 and wait for the receipt.
Does anyone know whether Guangzhou, china still accept AC140 cases? I have heard that GuangZhou doesn't accept AC140 any more, is that true?
Can anyone comment on these options? Does option2 doable if Guangzhou accepts AC140? Anyone who has the experience of AC140 please share your experience.
