Mother Immigrant Visa denial

My mom got his immigrant visa interview last month and got a IN-6C1-misrepresentation 212(a)(6)(c)(i) denial. I am a USC and everything went well until she got to the interview. She was denied an immigrant visa in 1985 due to a marriage that was determined to be fraudulent. This came up during her interview this time. Is there a waiver or another resource for this situation? has anybody had to deal with a similar situation?
