Immigrant VISA doubts

Hi everyone,
I recently recieved my IV through the Lottery program.
On my visa it says : UPON ENDORSEMENT SERVES AS TEMPORARY I-551 EVIDENCING PERMANENT RESIDENCE FOR 1 YEAR
I had a few questions, would be grateful if you could help me out.

1.Does that mean I can only stay in USA for one year?
2. what should I do to make it permanent?
3.Does it mean I have to find a job within that 1 year?
4.My final address in USA is Virginia but I changed my mind and I wanna enter in Boston, is it fine?

1. The endorsement in your passport, referred to as "I-551 annotation," gives you proof of Permanent Resident status until your Green Card shows up (that you have to pay $165 online to be processed).
2. Pay the $165 Green Card fee through the website link at: https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/uscis-immigrant-fee
3. There is no employment requirement for you. But if you want to eat, perhaps you should find a job.
4. Yes, you can go to a different address, but report your address change to USCIS.
