URGENT -DEGREE VERIFICATION DURING CONSULAR PROCESSING

THIS IS URGENT..I HAD GONE FOR MY INTERVIEW AT MUMBAI CONSULATE FOR CONSULAR PROCESSING GC ..THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEEDED TO VERIFY MY DEGREE ?NO NEWS FROM THEM AFTER 15 DAYS !!
HAS ANYBODY GONE THRU THIS OR IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO ON THIS PLEASE REPLY BACK

How come ? is your CP employment based ?
Did you have an H1-B etc earlier ? have you travelled
to the US earlier on a work visa or otherwise ?

Hi,

I was in the same situation like your but resolved it. Please let me know the mentioned:

- Did you do a AC (Attorney Certified)

- What documents did you give when you filed I-140 and LC time ?

- Where is your degree from ?

- Did you use a subsititute Labor Certification ?

I have attended consular interview about a week back
My original documents are with the embassy and the cosular
officer said they have to do adminstrative processing on my application. Could u please let me know how to proceed.

- Did you do a AC (attorney certified)

- Category EB1/2/3 ?

- Was there ever a gap in your employment on H-1 B ? Any problems with your present company ?
