My husband once tried to get a tourist visa, to visit me first before I went to his country. He was not husband then. So we changed gears and I spent vacation in his country with him. The only intention was to meet me and my family and have an American vacation together, but they denied the tourist visa without even giving him a chance to talk. Will this be a complication for the spousal visa to come here?
