About Administrative Review:

Iam Indian engaged to American citizen. My k1 visa is under administrative review from past 4 months. As there is no time limit for administrative review, 6 months are normal but then also i would like to know how much time it takes for the review in general.People who under gone visa review got call from the consulate after how many months? Thank you.

we've been waiting 4 months, and still nothing....us embassy/manila ph. (make that 6 months and still nothing)

It took 16 months for my father for AP clearance, i'm releived finally it is cleared but he has to get all the documents once again. Be patient, keep contacting US state dept and US embassy. Get help from your congressman.

I already tried contacting my US Senator about this, and they dropped the ball completely. I just contacted my US Rep, and they seem to be more aggresive, so hopefully we will hear something about what is going on in this hellish category of "administrative review." We've already been waiting for 6 months plus, and the US Embassy in Manila has ignored our correspondence, email, etc, requesting status reports on our daughter's visa. I find that totally unacceptable. I guess this is the way they treat American citizens.
