diversity visa update changed from administrative processing to issued

friends in this site please help me,,i was stocked in administrative processing for more than seventy days,,Glory be to God it changes to issued and it says my visa has been printed and it will be ready for pick up soon says caec website..But is about a week no visa..Im worry the fiscal year will soon end sep 30..What chance do i stand..Help me pls
