Councilor Processing in Montreal - medical tests

I need to go for the councilor processing in Montreal.
Do I have to do the medical tests in Canada from an approved list of Doctors?
If that is the case how do I get the list ?
Also is there any special forms I need to bring for the medical test.

Any one recently went to CP in Montreal ?

Just a clarification.

It is not councilor processing, but it is consular processing.

One suggestion is to find out the US consulate web site in canada, and see if they have details there.

Or post this in immigration.com web site also to get quicker and accurate details on this.
