Spouse of Green Card holder

Hi All

My wife is applying for Green card in EB1. I am currently in active service in Indian Armed Forces and would not be able to apply with her as a dependent. Does it mean we would be separated for next 3-4 years or until i leave the forces and would not be able to meet? Is there a process by which i can visit her?

You can apply for tourist visa.
