My I-140 got approved two year back, I'm applying for my third stage of GC now. I would like to go with Counsular Processing. Since it has been more than a year since my I-140 was approved I would like to know where my I-140 is? Would NVS have it or would INS have it?
Also, would anyone know what's the wait time for I-824 to get approved in the current scenerio?
I need to obtain the GC soon - any help would be much appreciated.
