Documents sent to NVC. what now???? Urgent Help Please

Greetings Everyone

So I sent NVC, all the civil documents and financial documents at least 4 weeks ago. I was checking the NVC website and it showed the status of my case as follows.
DS-260 Form Completed online
AOS Fee Paid Online
Visa Fee Paid Online
Civil Documents N/A
Financial documents N/A
I am really concerned with N/A status for the Civil Documents and Financial documents. I sent those documents 4 weeks ago and since then I haven’t heard anything from NVC. Not even a conformation that they received my documents. I even called NVC on three occasions only to being put on wait for an hour. I just hope that they received my documents and are processing my documents.
Please advise me how I should proceed.
