    Consular Processing experience at Montreal ?

    Hello,
    My I-140 got approved couple of months ago and now have received email from NVC to submit fee . My priority date was in September. I am curious how is the process after wards. How long does it takes to apply for consular visa ? Is it similar to visit visa where they have appointments available within weeks and they issue visa within a day ?
