How to best state an arrest on DS-260 ?
Whats the best way to state an "Arrest & release without charges" or a "verbal warning" received at the police station in UK for quarrel or fight, on my DS-260, so that I am able to still secure an interview for immigrant visa and pass it? My UK police certificate states "NO LIVE TRACE". Thanks.
