I last entered USA In 2011 and my visa was stamped till Dec 2011. However, I have changed employers twice within that period and I plan to go back to India and return back again. Do I need to visit the Mumbai Embassy and get a new visa since my old visa expired in Dec 2011 or can I just do a dropbox.
