140 Approved for CP - Waiting for NSC action

My I-140 approved on Aug 30th. I Opted for CP Chennai Center. How many weeks it will take to get packet 3. Thanks.

I got 140 Approved on Sep 26,00. 140 directly go to CP (in Hong Kong). When I can receive my packet 3? Now, I am in CA almost 7 yrs. Do I need to police cert. in CA or in Hong Kong for the CA interivew in Hong Kong.

Please advise in advance.

Has anybody here received a case # from NVC. I am still waiting for case no from NVC.
RIR/EB2 , PD - 16TH SEPT 1999, i-140 Approval Date : 20th Sept 2000. NSC.
