CP in chennai - wife from mumbai

I want to file for Consular Processing in Chennai.
But my wife is from mumbai jurisdiction. Will this
cause any problems at Chennai.

Does anyone have similar experiences

If you are primary applicant, your wife's jurisdiction does not matter at all. She can be from anywhere.
