Hello guys. I need your help. Im petitioning my parents in the philippines. I turned 21, october last year. My petition is already approved and im now processing affidavit of support. Im a college working student and made around 12k last 2016. I live with my grandma(my dads mom, just the two of us) if my grandma will support my parents as well and i need her since my income is not enough. Is she going to fill-up i864 or i864a. By the way im declared as her dependent. Thanks.

I went to the lawyer for assistance but i cant afford($700) it at the moment.

Unless your grandmother is your dependent on your taxes (which I doubt), I don't think she can be your household member. So she would have to be a joint sponsor and fill out an I-864 that is completely separate from your I-864.
