Hello. I have a friend who is Philippine citizen working abroad. We are considering marriage. She has one son by another in Philippines,and she lives in middle east to make money and send home. What is best and cheapest way for her to get papers to come to USA? She has mentioned being willing to come as domestic worker if it is quicker than fiancee visa. Is it best to meet face to face there in middle east and marry if we are going to--and get that visa, or fiancee visa and marry in USA or workers Visa ?? Thank you very much for your help!
